Breast care!!!

A stress-free Saturday to you all. How una dey? As for me, I feel dizzy from the incessant injections and taking of blood from my body. Yes, I'm at the hospital and it isn't a small something. I haven't been able to sleep at night cos of the pains, it was worse last night, couldn't sleep until 6am, had to rush to the hospital.

Ladies in the house, how often do you check your breasts? Most of us just put on our bras and off we go, without really thinking about them. The breast, like every other part of the body should be taken very good care of. Constant hand examinations, check for lumps, visit the hospital and run a mammogram, to know how healthy your breasts are.

Yes again, my breasts dragged me to the hospital. Why should I be ashamed to say that? The severe pains, sleepless nights and nightmares I've  had, was enough to take me there. I'm here now, and I'll make sure to continue taking care of my lovely boobs/babies. Hope you will too.

Guys in the house, urge the ladies in your lives to do same too. It's really important as a lady. Remember the way we are so careful, self conscious and hygienic with our VJ's? We should do same to our breast too.
Browse it up, read it up, knowledge is power my people.

Let me stop here, doctor calls and the pains are back. See you soon my lovelies. Love you.

Give it a topic biko.

Ok, this pics really got me ROTFL. Grandma but why???

So, two nights ago, I was trying to sleep right about midnight, then I heard a noise from my neighbors house. I listened carefully thinking it was the men of the night but thankfully they weren't the one. Ok, let me digress a bit. This neighbor happens to be a Pastor, and his house is after ours. This man prays and burns this very annoying incense (apologies), I just had to call it annoying cos it enters my house and disturbs my peaceful night rest. Some of us here may testify about its smell. Despite all, the man portrays his Pastor-hood nicely.

****I'm so Sorry Pamscribers for being AWOL for the past two days, been having an end of year mass workload, I'm really sorry. Will try not to go running off like that  again.****

Hi Pam, Am an anonymous regular on your blog. Something unusual happened to me and I have decided not only to share but ask opinions.
Am a lady in my early 20's, engaged to be married soonest. The problem is, my to be mother in law wants to chose the church we wed in, my hubby sees nothing wrong with it. He also intends to continue living in their family house after our wedding, so as to be near her.

He's not an only child and has enough money to rent an apartment, so I don't get all these latest development. Am I too hasty in assuming the worst?

****Let us all advice this poster please***

The Hello challenge.

Between my sister and I. Lolz.
Still between both of us.

I didn't get any mail for today's guest post, despite that, the show has to go on right? Yes, mail or not, a post must be put up.

Let's talk about the Hello Challenge that has been going round social media lately. While some have been cool and fun, others re-opened old wounds and left some people more hurt than before. It's a pity!

So after Lolzing at some funny ones, I decided to play the game too. First was my sister, who caught me flat on it. Then few other people on my BBM contact, who not until I told them, they didn't even understand what I was talking about. One of which said the message was not for him, another got upset, while the third started declaring undying love for me. Oops! I immediately had a brain reset and stopped it.

Now it's a bit awkward between I and the third person cos I'm sure he had this feelings for a long time and all thanks to Hello challenge which he didn't know about, he yaff opened up. Who send me message biko?

Anyways, did you play the Hello challenge? How did it go? Let's gist!!

Ehmm, I've been doing rehearsals on my own Hello cover too, Lolz. And while trying to hit the high pitch abi tone, I lost my voice. Hmmmm, things we do for Adele's Hello..... Pam out!

Monday 16 November 2015

Yaayyy... It's Monday and guess what???

Helloo... It's me Pam... saying Good morning this early morning. I know some of you maybe a bit surprised as to why I'm posting this morning. Well, I've been awake while most of you slept on your comfortable bed, and with the way I see myself right now, when I get home its gonna be sleep all through. So that's why I decided to post this now. Another thing, biko who doesn't like free thing? I'm also trying to save my MB so I'm using office internet. *shinesteeth.

Sunday 15 November 2015

Prayer changes things.

I am not only elated, I am blessed beyond imagination. Indeed in God's presence, there is fullness of joy.

This is me Wishing you a happy Sunday, and may 1Corinthians 2:9 be our portion. Cos eyes have not seen, nor ear heard, neither have it entered into the heart of men, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

May our love of God bring forth these goodies from above straight into our lives in Jesus Name. Amen.

Also, May the helpers of our destiny locate us this week and always. Do have a fulfilled week ahead. God bless you.

Saturday 14 November 2015

Its close by!!!

Wataguan my darlings, how you all doing this beautiful sunny Saturday?
Mehn, have you guyz noticed the hotness of this sun and the weather? Before 8am, gbam, sun is out. Nawa. Biko, I need rain oo, cos this heat can boil beans.

Can you smell it yet? I mean Christmas!!! Chai, I can't wait cos for the first time in 5 years I won't be working before and after Christmas, infact, I would be on leave till the new year. Yippee!!!
Biko, if you have any owambe party, call on Pam, I'll be there LIVE. Lolz.

Friday 13 November 2015

What will you do?

This picture cracked me up. Lol.

Abraham in the Bible was considered the greatest friend of God. For those of us that have forgotten, Abraham was told to sacrifice his only son, a son he spent years waiting for to have. The only thing he loved most apart from God.

Thursday 12 November 2015

Tantrum Thursday!!!

Abeg, I'm so angry right now, feel like breaking some heads.
First of all, it's Thursday and our usual Tantrum is happening here LIVE. We all know how it goes right? OK, back to my gist.

How can I have money in my account and still complain of lack of money biko? I have money but can't access it. This BVN and BVN linking ish is giving me serious headache abeg. Even after linking the account, after four days, I still can't access my account. I don't even have cash on me at the moment cos I can't withdraw.

I'm seriously thinking about going back to the ancient ways of saving money. I have to dig a hole in my room so that I can deposit and withdraw my money at will and in peace without any protocol abeg. I don tire sef.

Your turn.

Gratitude Challenge!!!

The face you make when God has been so faithful.

My darlin Chincobee nominated me for this gratitude challenge and I accepted. You see, there are so many things to be grateful for, but I'll just narrow it down so I won't take much of your time.
So here goes:

I'm Grateful for God being God. He's ever faithful, despite my unfaithfulness. He still loves me endlessly.

I'm Grateful for life, love, hope for tomorrow. It hasn't been easy, but I know it will get better.

I'm Grateful for my family, those people are the best thing that has ever happened to me. I can't just explain it, but God blessed me with them.

I'm Grateful for you all, greatest Pamscribers, without you all, this blog would have been long dead. Thank you, God bless you for me. I LOVE you.

I'm Grateful for my job so far, though I'm not where I want to be, but I know I'll surely get there.

So these are the rules of the Challenge:

You have 72 hours to accept the challenge when you are nominated.

Write or say 5 things you are grateful for on any social media platform. (just a day)
Display a picture of gratitude. A picture of something simple that makes (or made) you smile in a day. It is not an opportunity to show off how rich you are. Let it be something that is simple (and inexpensive) yet a blessing.

Nominate 5 other people in your circle. Ensure that you inform them immediately.

So my 5 nominations goes to:

Pat of http://catwalkwithpat.blogspot.com.

Gift Adene of  http://www.adenegift.com

Nachi of  http://kambishares.blogspot.com

Okala Chigozie of http://elitism6.blogspot.com.ng

Favour of  http://favourmoyse.blogspot.com.ng

God Bless.

Guest-Post : At a cross road.

Hi Pammie and Pamscribers, hope you all are doing great. Please, I'm at a cross road, and I need your urgent advice.

He is Ken, what I call my first love... that's if it actually exist. We are at an odd moment and yet pulled through. But our greatest barrier is distance. So much as am trying to make it work, I just don't see it working.

Most atimes, at any issue that is raised, and there is a misunderstanding, he always calls his big sis to settle it..., like am a kid, and being that I don't like crowd, cos 3 is crowd in a relationship. This gets me upset. Still he doesn't seem to care.

Right now, I got really emotionally involved with another guy, but I just found out we are of same genotype (AS).
And health wise, genotype concerned, it can't work right?

So, I'm thinking of taking a break from relationship, clear the heart and concentrate on my studies, or should I still give Ken more time and see if he'll change? He's AA by the way. Please your advice. Thanks Pam.

***My dearie, how distant are you guys cos you and Ken really need to sit down and talk. I don't mean the phone call or chat talk, I mean the face to face sit down kinda talk. Both of you really need to sort out your issues, and pour your heart out to him. Tell him what you don't like and how it hurts you. Do you have a future in the relationship? If not, my dear you should give yourself a break and concentrate on your studies, the right man for you will come. Do not rush into some other thing you'll regret later. Please, AS relationships ain't adviceable. Hope I made sense? ***
Dear Pamscribers, let's do what we do best. Cheers.

Beauty of the week.

A beautiful Monday to you all. How was una weekend? Short right? Don't worry, another weekend is around the corner.
Yesss, we have a beauty of the week today, she's a silent reader and have been following my Page seriously on Facebook. I didn't even know about that until she sent me a message that I haven't posted on Facebook for sometime. Lol.
Anyways, here she is as our face of the week. Let's give it up for this black beauty... Clap... Clap...

I am Esther c. Igbokwe, 21 years old and currently studying history and international studies in university of Uyo.

I am also a make-up artist, hairstylist, and really don't joke with my hair, dress, shoes and bags.
On my free time, I chat, read novels a lot or  making hair.

I'm a loveable Christian girl, well blessed and hate to be a liability to any one so along with my schooling I also sell jewelries and ladies wears.

I love my music, also love to be in the company of brilliant minds. And yes, I am single.

It is so great to be featured here. Pam is my inspiration and with her steps teaches me not to look at my flaws, and take up any good/wise available opportunities that comes along. Thank you Pam.

***Awww, I'm so flattered, infact I'm seriously blushing here. Thanks so much for gracing our page with your beautiful face and awesome bio. You are so talented. Keep it up dear. ***
Hiya Pamscribers, we got a face today, so let's do what we do best. Cheers.

N/b: Tomorrow is guest post Tuesday. If you have anything bothering you that needs advice on, do send in your mail latest before 9am tomorrow morning. Pammie's Crib got your back. Thanks.

God in ALL.

I am here to tell you to just take a minute of your time and say "Baba God Thank you for everything". Things may seem rosy or not. Worries of life maybe draining you. You may or maynot be going through so many things right now. Despite it all, still whisper "Thank you Lord" cos in every situation we find ourselves, we should still give thanks.

Love and deceit..

In a bus the other day, I was just minding my business when I overheard two ladies discussing about another lady they knew (not eavesdropping ooo, they were speaking Igbo language). As much as I was engrossed in my own thoughts, I couldn't help but get the central moral.

Friday 6 November 2015

Just read!

Religion has over the years been termed as the opium of the people, and as such, many have over the years used the hunger and want of millions to misdirect them and fleece them of not only their finance, but their time, energy and most importantly, their souls.

I'm gonna tell you my experience and I hope you learn from this. It will be a bit long so be patient biko.

Sometime weeks back, a friend called and told me about a church she visited. Infact, she insisted I joined her the next time she'll go there. She said so many things like, "they see visions and prophesies roles in", infact she was prophesied upon. I just pulled my stupid face (you'll have to know me very well to know that look) .

For a week I was constantly bugged and disturbed by her cos she wanted me to go with her so I'll know the reason why "I'm still single". As if "old desperately single lady" was inscribed on my forehead. Nne biko free me, but it fell on deaf ears, avoiding her calls or pings didn't help either so I finally agreed to go humor myself.

On the set date, we both embarked on the journey to the said church and we were ushered in when we got there. Before I could say JACK, prophecy started and behold I was called out... Things were said about my single state while I stared not shocked at all cos I believed none. I was told to fast and do some other things, all to be done in the church. I just smiled.

After the program abii na service, my friend said I should meet the prophet and tell him I wouldn't be able to do those things in church cos of my busy schedule. I was enjoying all the drama happening around me so I went and met the man and told him that I won't be free to come do those things in church, and asked if I can do them in my house. God is omnipresent right?

He refused, said that if I can't fast and pray in the church for those days, I'll have to pay him to do the fasting and prayers for me. Now, I was shocked. Though I never had it in mind to do those things but I began to wonder how far people will go just to deceive other people and take their money. Is that what greed has belittled us into?

I began to flash back to all the prophesies made earlier on other people, I'm sure most of them won't be able to do same thing, which means that they'll have to pay for the fast and prayers. Biko, how many people will he do their fast for? Hmmmm, this life!!! I had this disapproval when I was going in, and it became stronger then.

Anyways, after he gave me the huge bills, I just told him I'll get back to him, and left. My friend was the only gleeful person amongst us. I was angry that I allowed myself to follow her, though I told her that it won't repeat itself.

Now, I know I may or maynot have made sense up there, but people still fall for these things. People should be wiser than this, and not allow circumstances, desperation, and situations push them into the wrong part. As for all these greedy people, a special place is waiting for them in hell. Wat have we become??? Chai! It's only God that knows His people.

Do have a lovely weekend.

Thursday 5 November 2015

Thursday Tantrum.

I don't know what's happening to me lately. My eyes hardly stays open past 9pm at night. At most 10pm, I've dozed off. I don't like it joor, cos I like watching movies and visiting blogs during that time. But now I hardly do those things cos of sleep. Nawa.

Wednesday 4 November 2015

Male friends vs Female friends.

I don't believe in the saying that a guy and girl can't be best of friends without being sexual. I have more of male friends than female friends. Actually the ratio is 9(male):1(female), you see my life. Lolz.  Even that one female friend get am for k-leg sef, cos her own don tire me. There is too much drama, and one thing Pamela detests in her life is DRAMA. I'm about giving her red card though, but I digress.

Tuesday 3 November 2015

Tuesday Talk.

I was going through Facebook, and noticed that an ex had recently gotten married, so I remembered a conversation between me and a lady.

She told me that that her ex got married earlier this year and she felt awful. Though they were broken up but she still loved and secretly hoped they will get back together, the more reason why her ex's marriage really broke her heart.

She then came to the conclusion that one must feel pain and a pang of Jealousy wen an ex gets married, but if you don't feel that way, it means you never loved the person.

So there I was staring at my ex's wedding pictures and trying to get the pang of Jealousy or pain but instead I only burst out in laughter. Biko, pamscribers, do tell me, does that mean I didn't love him? Lmfao.

Nah! To me, that only means I've moved on. So if you share the same feelings with the lady above, you really need to get over it and move on ASAP. Cos if he/she have found happiness somewhere else, why should you then deny yourself from happiness? Please and please, do get over it and be the strong person that you should be.
Cheers!!!

N/B- Bikonu, start sending your mails for our Tuesday Guest-Posts. Like I said before, even if you don't have any, someone close to you may need the advice and counsel. Help that person out.
Thanks.

Monday 2 November 2015

Be Positive.

A teacher once wrote the following words on the blackboard and told her students to add the punctuation marks where necessary.
The words were: Man without her man is a savage (no comma, fullstop or apostrophy).

After a few minutes, as she gathered the results, she smiled. The answers were different (as expected).
This was what the females wrote as the answer.
Woman, without her, man is a savage.
While the male folks wrote, Woman without her man, Is a savage.

As different as both set of answers were, they were correct. We may all look at the same thing, but see differently. When you woke up this morning, did you see gloom, despair and negativity?

Do you lament about your lack or too much qualification? Did you just realise your circle of friends are all like you, blind leading blind? Are you the proverbial man by the river that lacks "someone" to take you to the river? Don't wait to be carried, crawl if it means you to.

Are you one that wakes up with vigour and vision, prospects and endless possibility or the opposite?  Be wise, chose carefully.

This new week, I (say your name), refuse to let despair drown me. Remain Blessed.

Sunday 1 November 2015

Helloo November...

Happy new month to you all and may this month grant you all the desires of your heart. Amen.
